Well you have your point. BUT, what made you left is because you are just not capable enough to climb the stairs of finance. I Don’t blame you, but there is lot of smart people out there that can do more than 12 hours 😂. ALSO, they will make jokes. BUT if you do good enough, Wall Street sees achievement not person.

I have come to realize that most of those super markets and big businesses don’t make a lot of money from sales. They make money from memberships and those hundreds of millions are from the stocks that y’all buy.

New subscriber, thank u for the content. Have to ask and hope u can make a video response. I'm 51, with a low mortgage rate, very little debt in the South. How can I calculate if it's worth moving to SF for higher pay, but higher mortgage rates and presumably higher cost of living. Is it a dumb time to move? It doesn't seem like it will get better anytime soon. Maybe I should grow my wealth where I am and move later, hopefully not too old? Thx 😊

Facts, I am a teacher. I know what the starting pay is. It requires a college degree and licensure to obtain that career. I chose a local college with a modest tuition because of this. No favor in the hiring process is given for attending more expensive universities. This does not mean teachers should continue to accept low pay bc they knew pay was low when they chose to teach, but it does mean that you should not invest more $ into a career then you can get back out of it.

Easy to retell the narrative an make u all out to be victims ... It's cheaper, or well it used to be because it's very efficient and very competitive. In my neck of my city has about 100 restaurants and 14 of them are identical Chinese restaurants. They import cheap labor, the places are filthy, they are super efficient, food is made in batches, etc..... They don't need to market, they don't have fancy menus, they all order from the same distribution... Its cheaper at every turn... Kudos to them. There are 14 of them because it's profitable... Most restaurants come and go, but those same places been here 30 years at least.

Would you f****** stop lying you didn't get the for the piece of paper is worthless think about this let's do this logically bare minimum of 5 years to get degrees right there's a hundred people in class on average give or take a little bit I know people graduate your class alone this but these classes are graduating every year because his programs have been going on before you were there so just in a time we took you to get the degree there is 500 people already into the workforce so do you think these jobs are actually going to be there when you get that piece of paper no they will be filled by the class before you stop go get into go get it in one if you can with a college that is actually doing this it's trade schools what's called nowadays and get out into the workforest before all these people while I go to five stop being stupid

Same with Indian. Our ingredients are way cheaper. That's the reason and no one chunk of meat like a steak. Instead it's cut up and mixed with veggies which makes it cheap

I definitely think there’s better products to buy from Costco than some. Toilet paper is one of them, buy 20,000 rolls of it and make sure they don’t get wet, and we’ll, you always need toilet paper. Some others things tho? Yeah don’t buy certain things that can go bad if it’s in such a large quantity.

I should probably look into this, I’m 20, in university and don’t know what I’m gonna do. I don’t need to be a doctor who makes a bunch of money in 20 years or an engineer. But I wanna make a decent amount of money. So I’ll probably go use this. Also this is probably more helpful than what a lot of my high school counsellors would talk about when taking about careers. Obviously money isn’t the main factor when choosing a job, since you should be relatively passionate about it, so you don’t hate your 70% of you day, 5x a week. So you can make good money. But it’s important to find a job in something your passionate about that could give you a decently financial situation. High schools should probably recommend doing this to most students. It would’ve been helpful had I been at least searching since I was 16 instead of this so now at 20.

Follow your heart. And find a way to make what you love to do work for you in the modern world so you can put a roof over your head, eat, and save for retirement. It’s a long 35 to 40 years working at a job that you hate…it will slowly erode your soul. If you’re working in a job that you enjoy, even on your worst day….it’s not ever going to be as bad as the worst days at a job that you hate. Money is not everything.

Think pickle jar. If one pickle jar breaks, Costco needs to sell the entire pallet to make enough money back to replace the one pickle jar. They make their money from memberships. They use the money from selling products to pay employees, pay benefits and utilities, things like that. The real money maker is the membership fees.

You said that Chinese railroad workers were the primary reason for the low cost of Chinese food and then you say the price is a respect thing. They chose those prices because Chinese people would not pay more. If it's a respect thing, Chinese people don't respect their own culture.

Dave Ramsey knows the psychology that people don't have the attention span to concentrate on something big. Once they visually taking care of one small one They become proud of themselves and get the momentum to do the rest of them. Dave's plan is practical for people that want to see instant gratification. And he probably figures psychologically people don't have the attention span to tackle a big Bill first. While hers is logical. His is more practical for the group of people he's talking to.
